I've been wanting to put on a Birds of Paradise session for so long but it's taken about a year of persuading (or should I say, pursuing) the incredible Tim Laman to use his imagery! He really is the best in the business when it comes to capturing these incredible birds so I couldn't settle for anything less for you!

We will be drawing from both stills and moving imagery to get a really great feel for some of the many species of Birds of Paradise. It's going to be colourful and flambouant and perhaps one should come wearing some kind of feather boa and a pair of maracas!

This is an essentially unguieded drawing session but I am always happy to offer advise and chat throughout. There are on screen timers and prompts to help keep you straight and the whole atmosphere is creative, warm & welcoming.
