Goats are glorious and I wont hear a bad word about them! Ok, they might be more than a bit mischievous but that's all part of their charm!

About the Event
Let's spend a couple of hours drawing and geeking out over goats! They are brilliant and super fun to draw - oodles of character!
Sometimes we look over the more common domestic creatures in favour of the exotic so it's good to remind ourselves of how brilliant some of these understated animals really are. Luckily for us, brilliant friend and illustrator Steph Fizer Coleman has kindly shared imagery of her family's goats and kids and they are so much fun!!
I'm supporting this imagery with some additional studio images and the whole lot is going to come together beautifully!
I really hope you can join me!
Everyone is welcome as always : )
The Economy has gone bananas (I'm pretty sure you've noticed!). It's that much harder to pay the bills, let alone find extra pennies to enjoy activities and I don't want affordability to get in the way of anyone wanting to come to Animal Life Drawing. I really want everyone to be able to draw here which is why I've made tickets "pay what you can" for the forseeable.
The usual ticket price is £12 and if you can pay this, great, that really helps me to keep the classes running. But if all you can afford is £2, then that's great too - I would genuinely rather have your company than not. I mean it. I love drawing with you, it makes me happy, and I know that drawing animals will make things feel that bit brighter for you too.
All levels of creatives are welcome to these sessions and there is never any pressure to share your work if you don't want to. What you can expect is to find an encouraging group of animal-loving artists who love the challenge of drawing all creatures great and small, feathered or fishy, we love them all! These sessions are unguided, but I'm always happy to chat through process and offer advice.
DO BRING PLENTY OF PAPER - you will get through a lot! The rest is up to you, but I recommend choosing materials that move quickly across the page for those moving animal studies.
PLEASE ARRIVE IN PLENTY OF TIME - the sessions are always jam-packed with footage so I try to start promptly at 7pm so it's a good idea to jump on the zoom ten mins beforehand to get settled. I can of course let you in if you arrive late (I'm no meany!) : )
I can't wait to draw with you!
7pm-9pm (UK TIME) This is an UNGUIDED session of Animal Life Drawing. Materials: Whatever you like! I do recommend LOTS of paper though as you'll get through it!Pay what you want
