Eve Coy is not only a gloriously lovely human being, she also happens to be an incredible Children's Book illustrator who's picture books are visual masterpieces. With a background in animation, Eve approaches drawing her characters with movement & three-dimentional awareness that is second to none and it's a huge treat that she has agreed to chat to us about her techniques & approach for drawing & illustrating children.

Drawing and illustrating children can bring many of us out in a cold sweat so Eve is going to chat to us about how she tackles this challenge with helpful tips for you to carry forward into your own work. There will even be time to have some practice yourself as we'll be sharing slow-motion video footage for you to draw from whilst having the opportunity to ask Eve questions in real time.

The Economy has gone bananas (I'm pretty sure you've noticed!). It's that much harder to pay the bills, let alone find extra pennies to enjoy activities and I don't want affordability to get in the way of anyone wanting to come to Animal Life Drawing. I really want everyone to be able to draw here which is why I've made tickets "pay what you can" for the forseeable.

The usual ticket price is £12 and if you can pay this, great, that really helps me to keep the classes running. But if all you can afford is £2, then that's great too - I would genuinely rather have your company than not. I mean it. I love drawing with you, it makes me happy, and I know that drawing animals will make things feel that bit brighter for you too.
