This session is full of diversity in subject matter and a great one to give yourself a fun creative workout. Limber-up and stretch out those mark-making skills as you figure out ways to depict markings & textures on our animal subjects.

We will be working from stunning photographs throughout this session by the talented Oli Anderson. This is a great excuse to have a good think about the tools you are using and what you can bring to the drawing board to enhance your artwork.

As always, the session will be full of encouraging and informative chat & the company of friendly, like-minded creatives. It's a fantastic way to get you through the mid-week slump and leave you feeling uplifted and wrapped in a warm creative hug!

It is recommended that you bring plenty of paper with you to these sessions as we get through a lot in the space of two hours - time flies but the drawings do pile up! Remember, all abilities are welcome to these sessions - it's all about looking and observing our wonderful subjects and making YOUR OWN interpretation of this onto paper. Science now shows us that you can reap the benefits of 'being in nature', by simply watching it, even through a screen, so just think how good it is for you to draw nature too!

This is an 'unguided' drawing session but Holly is on hand to answer any creative questions and is happy to assist creatively where possible - just ask! 

Our sessions are always jam-packed with content and so a prompt start is always the intention! Please log on to your zoom TEN MINUTES BEFORE kickoff so that everyone is ready and settled to start drawing on time.
